TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR SUPPLY OF DOORS, WINDOWS & HARDWARE

Other Government Levies:
Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch to clients account.

Unloading:
Material unloading at site shall be client’s responsibility.

Storage & Security:
Storage and security of material on receipt at your site shall be your responsibility and arranged by you at your cost.

Insurance:
During the Transit shall be our scope and once the material delivered at site Insurance of the material shall be your responsibility.

Despatch of Material:

Minimum 3 – 4 weeks’ time for Galvanized Steel Doors & 5 – 7 weeks’ time for Stainless Steel Doors from the date of receipt of Technically & Commercially clear purchase order.
An order will be considered technically clear only on receipt of the following information:
a. Handing Policy (direction of doors opening – floor plans)
b. Colour Shade approval
c. Hardware samples (if procured by you)
d. Samples of accessories to be fixed by other agencies such as electronic access control devices etc. with locational drawings

The order is commercially clear on receipt of the following information:
a. Our acceptance and confirmation of all terms of the purchase order.
b. Receipt of advance by way of Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/Demand Draft (or) Clearance of cheque payable at Bengaluru.

Warranty:

“Astral Windoors Pvt Ltd  warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or materials, while subjected to normal usage for a period of 12 months from the date dispatch or 12 months from the date of installation whichever is earlier. Astral Windoors Pvt Ltd will replace defective parts and/or products free of charge provided, the products were used as intended, and were maintained properly. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and the manufacturer makes no implied warranty or merchant ability beyond the express terms hereof. Manufacturer’s liability for damages, including consequential damages, resulting from any defective product, is strictly limited to the delivery of new parts, as set for above”

Validity:
28 days from the date of quotation for quantities quoted. Fresh quotation shall be submitted for any variation in the quantities.

Force Majeure:
Shall be applicable to cover events such as natural calamities, strikes, lockouts, hartals etc., and any other conditions beyond our control.

Disputes:

All disputes arising under this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bengaluru courts only.

All pages of the quotation, terms and conditions shall be signed and enclosed as annexure to the purchase order released by you.

Note:

1. Duties taxes and other Government levies quoted are as per the current rates applicable. However, the rates prevailing at the time of despatch will be charged.
2. If Transportation is Client’s scope (or) if the material to be sent on ‘TOPAY’ basis, any damages occurredin during the transit and in site shall be your responsibility.
